Simple Preparation Guidance
Moringa Slimming Tea is loose/open herbal tea made with 100% dried moringa leaves, Moringa oleifera. Use approximately 2g loose tea per cup from the 60g pack, which makes approximately 30 cups.
For a stronger and smoother preparation, boil or gently simmer Moringa Slimming Tea for at least 10 minutes. After preparation, honey or lemon may be added according to taste once the tea has cooled slightly. Always follow the final product label if it gives different instructions.
Take fresh water
Take one cup of fresh water and bring it to a proper boil.
Add 2g loose tea
Add approximately 2g loose Moringa Slimming Tea. Boil or simmer gently for at least 10 minutes.
Strain and cool slightly
Strain if needed. Let the tea cool slightly before drinking.
Add honey and lemon
Add honey and lemon according to taste after the tea has cooled slightly. Do not add them while the tea is at a hard boil.
